What are the benefits of subscribing?

With the Subscription Club you can get your Miya Kea in the comfort of your own home! So you keep your stock ready and save time and effort to place an order when you need it. You can change or cancel your Subscription Club on the website.

How will I know when my order will be shipped?

You will be notified by email three days before your next Automatic Order is shipped. In case you need to change your shipping address or selected items, you can still change it up to the shipping day before midnight (ex. 11:59 pm on January 3 for orders shipped on January 4).

Is the shipping cost included in the monthly plan price?

The cost of shipping varies according to the zip code and is calculated separately from the monthly fee.

What do I do if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription whenever you wish by visiting the "My Account" > "Subscriptions" option. You can also choose to pause your subscription free of charge. We would like to remind you that the order can be changed or canceled up to 48 hours before shipping and you will receive that information by email three days in advance.
